If you are proposing to make any structural alterations to your home or are thinking of extending, you will need to consult a Structural Engineer for professional advice.

Our aim is to assess your needs and provide you with a way forward.  In order to do this we would:-

  • Visit the property and undertake a feasibility study which is an assessment of the area of proposed alteration and discuss with you the project in mind.
  • We will then prepare a written report in which we will advise you as to what steps you need to take in order to make your project possible without compromising the structural integrity of your home.
  • Should you then wish to proceed to take your project further we can offer a calculation and design service which will translate your individual design requirements into working drawings and calculations that are in compliance with current building legislations and can be used for Building Regulations Approval and also for your building contractor to prepare a price and work from.
