Wind load calculations £75 + VAT or just £25 + VAT if purchased with a desktop appraisal
For those in a hurry, express 48 hour service available upon request and subject to availability at an additional fee of £50 + VAT
We can undertake a structural appraisal of the roof frame from your measurements to give complete peace of mind to the investor or homeowner. Simply issue us with the size of the property and measured dimensions of the roof sections and we will apply the new increased load from the pv system to determine the suitability of the existing roof.
Site visit and report starting from £180 + VAT for domestic dwellings (for multiple same day inspections)
Commercial site visits start from £350 + VAT
