Valuation Reports
If you are purchasing a property and all you require is the current present day value of the property, then a Valuation report is all you need.
Valuation reports are valid for 6 months from the date of the inspection.
This inspection should be undertaken by a suitably qualified valuer in accordance with current RICS, major mortgage provider guidelines.
